Since 2009 the winery located in Saint Patrice produces appellation Bourgueil and Touraine white wines. The 6 hectares of vineyards (5 ha of Cabernet Franc, 1 ha of Chenin) are distributed on soils composed by sand and gravel near the Loire, well known for its famous clay and limestone composition. The winery is certified organic agriculture for 3 years. But they actually use biodynamic preparations to « reactivate » the soil since 2011. The harvest is of course 100% manual; vinification only use natural yeasts without thermoregulation, etc.
