Brut Yellow Label Grapes from as many as 50 to 60 different Crus go to the blending of Yellow Label. Traditionally,
the proportion of each grape variety used is: 50 to 55% Pinot Noir, 15 to 20% Pinot Meunier, 28 to 33% Chardonnay.
These figures vary slightly from year to year according to conditions. The Chef de Caves has to achieve the total
consistency of taste, which makes Yellow Label so immediately recognizable, so utterly reliable both in terms of
quality, color and bouquet. The House will draw on priceless Reserve wines for the blend: from 25 to 35%, sometimes
as much as 40% to ensure the continuity of the House style. Each of these older wines? ?is kept separately to
preserve the unique qualities of the vineyard and the vintage.

TASTING NOTES

Yellow Label looks beautiful: golden-yellow, with a foaming necklace of tiny bubbles. Nose: initially reminiscent of white fruits and raisins, then of vanilla and later of brioche. Note the fine balance
between the fruity aromas coming from the grape varieties and the toasty aromas following the ageing in the bottle. Palate: The first sip delivers all the freshness and forcefulness so typical of Yellow Label with a symphony of
fruit tastes following on. Here is a true member of the powerful Brut family, well structured, admirably vinous. The
lingering aromas echo and re-echo, with each fruit or spice note distinct. Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label manages to
reconcile two opposing factors, ?forcefulness and finesse, ?and to hold them in perfect balance.

FOOD PAIRING

This consistent power to please makes it ideal as an aperitif, and perfect as the Champagne to enjoy with
a meal.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your items you may return your goods. CaliPacks will happily offer a full refund when items are returned within 14 days.
Unfortunately any bespoke printed items we cannot offer a refund for unless faulty or damaged.
Returns MUST be returned in their original condition, un-damaged and MUST be returned within 14 days of receipt.
All postage costs are non-refundable and unfortunately we do not offer pre-paid returns.
Please allow 3 working days from us receiving the goods for your refund to be processed. Your bank may take 5-7 working days for your refund to reach your account.
We cannot refund any orders which have bespoke printing or involve customised assets.
You are required to arrange and pay for the return of goods and the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Please be very careful when handling your goods as we can not refund or exchange any items that have been damaged or mishandled.
In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and is non-negotiable.
All items returned after the 14 days are non-refundable.
Please note that we can not refund, exchange or issue any credit notes for any unwanted items after 30 days from the order being placed.
